We are a stroke support group that meets monthly, for social support.

We started to meet about 11 years ago as a young stroke group but over the years we have aged somewhat and are now just young at heart!!

We usually meet for a Sunday lunch in a hotel somewhere across the bay - the lunch can sometimes turn into afternoon tea and a snooze for some of the men, whilst the women have a good chat!

We get support from the Stroke Association and they provide us with information, advice, support and signpost us onto other relevant agencies.

We will warmly welcome anyone who would like to join with us in what we do.
